Common questions
What's included in the free trial?
Everything. You get all modules (Plan, Vault, Assess, Exercise, Command with Offline Mode, Control, Comply and Integrations) for 30 days, for up to 3 users with 100 MB of storage. No credit card required.
Can I stay on the free plan indefinitely?
The free plan is for evaluation. After 30 days, you move to a paid plan to continue using BastionIQ. All paid plans are billed annually upfront.
How does the module pricing work?
The base plan (£130/month, billed annually) includes Bastion Plan, Vault, Assess, the evidence pack, and your infrastructure register and contacts directory, with 10 GB of storage and 5 users. Exercise, Command (including Offline Mode), Control and Comply are +£42/month each, and Integrations is +£10/month, all billed annually. Add only what you need.
Do you offer bundle discounts?
Yes. If you're adding more than one module, get in touch and we'll put together a bundle for you.
What's the difference between Assess and Comply?
Assess is included in the base plan. AI reads your documents and gives you a maturity score and gap analysis against a framework. Comply is an add-on. It tracks every control in a framework, links the evidence, records who attested what and when, and exports an auditor evidence pack.
Where is my data hosted?

Are multi-year discounts available?
