Bastion Integrations

Bring every incident into Microsoft Teams.

When you declare an incident in BastionIQ, the Integrations add-on creates a private Microsoft Teams channel for it, posts a summary card, and lets you message that channel straight from the command room.

Ask a question
The problem

Your team works in Teams. Your incident shouldn’t live somewhere else.

When an incident is declared, someone has to stop, create a channel and paste in a summary while everything else is on fire. Then updates drift between the incident record and the chat, and nobody is sure which one is current.

The Integrations add-on does that set-up for you, so your team sees the incident where they already work, and the command room stays the record of what happened.

How it works

From declaration to Teams channel

Step 01

Declare the incident

Declare the incident in Bastion Command as usual, with its type and severity.

Step 02

Your Teams channel is ready

BastionIQ creates a private Microsoft Teams channel for the incident and posts a summary card to it.

Step 03

Message it from the command room

Send messages to the incident’s Teams channel without leaving the command room.

What’s available todayMicrosoft Teams is currently the only live integration. More integrations are planned.
